Prior to booking residential cleaning services, The Cleaning Effect will provide a quote estimate based on square footage and frequency of cleaning services. All initial cleans will be charges at the deep cleaning price. Please be aware that the price quoted for house cleaning services may change based on the individual property’s level of cleanliness, the presence of pets, and other factors. We will do our best to provide an accurate quote prior to performing the services, however the final price may be subject to change. A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to book an appointment and is put towards the total cost of services. The Cleaning Effect is a family business and we reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity at our discretion if any safety concerns arise.
